i was simply appalled by the dirty kettle in my room, not to mention the lack of hot water in the sink. after all that, you'd think a complimentary drink would have been offered, but nope, no special treatment at all. if only they'd attended to details, perhaps my review would have been more positive.

We enjoyed exploring Nairobi with our two sons, especially our visit to the Giraffe Centre, where we fed and took pictures with the giraffes. The staff's effort made our stay memorable, and they were eager to help us navigate local attractions.

In my wife’s opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

Had a fantastic stay with a group of friends! We loved the comfy beds and reliable WiFi. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our experience enjoyable. We took personalized excursions to the Giraffe Centre and David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, both unforgettable. Breakfast options were also great, giving a nice start to our busy days!
